Added a "playable" level selector


Hi!

I hate making menus, text and those stuff, so I decided to make a map and use it as a "level selector". Each level will be a door. You will see torches lit if a level is completed. After a level is complete, the gate for the next level will be open. Remember that I only finished the firsts two levels.

The "level completed" screen is now finished and working. Any record (time or gems) is now stored in the savegame, you can repeat the same level or continue playing in the next one.

Totems can be re-activated by pressing "up"
