GodoRogue 1.7 bugfix update

Some users pointed a bug after being teleported while player is paralyzed. Well, this bug is no more and I also managed to balance some damage from magic staves:
- Added: Decrease damage from magic staff (fire and electric)
- Fix: Default key for help is ?, not H
- Fix: Starting equipment (short bow) had a wrong ID
- Fix: Venus flytrap still paralyzes after teleporting
- Fix: Spawned monsters stay invisible even if player is not blind
- Fix: Less "hole" traps when you have the amulet
- Fix: Player still moves after activate a "hole" trap with the mous
